Acier Steel was started in July 2002, thanks to the winning idea of Michele Confalonieri. From its very start, the company takes the medium-light carpentry route, working on stainless steel, especially in the nautical sector.
From the year of its foundation, Acier Steel has grown and has broadened its horizon, launching new projects and developing specific capabilities in the mega-yacht sector.
The year 2007 sees the introduction of cutting-edge technologies: in January, in the metal colouring field, in September as regards to manual and mechanical polishing of stainless steel components and finally, in October, the adoption of the new Water Jet Dynamic Flow metal cutting system.
Today, Acier Steel can claim an outstanding level of specialisation in the maintenance and repair of vessels over 30 metres.
Additional capabilities have also been developed as regards to aluminium working in the nautical, industrial and civil sectors.
Our staff includes several welders holding the RINA certification.
The company also provides some correlated services, such as the supply of materials manufactured abroad, shipments on board and performance of the associated customs procedures, preparation of technical drawings.
Acier Steel has obtained the ISO 9001 quality certification for its organisation and production processes.
